Welcome to Bilda.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bilda, including its website, mobile applications, services, content, and related technologies (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using Bilda, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. About Bilda

Bilda is a digital identity, reputation, verification, networking, and opportunity platform for the construction industry.

Bilda enables construction professionals, professionals, technicians, contractors, consultants, companies, and clients to:

• Create professional digital identities
• Build trusted reputations
• Showcase portfolios and experience
• Receive and provide verified project reviews
• Discover opportunities
• Connect with industry participants
• Participate in services offered within the ZoneBuilt ecosystem

Bilda is a technology platform and is not a construction contractor, employer, engineering firm, architectural firm, recruitment agency, or project owner unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate information
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

You represent and warrant that all information provided is true and accurate.

3. User Accounts

Users may register as:

• Professional
• Skilled Worker
• Technician
• Consultant
• Contractor
• Construction Company
• Client
• Employer
• Project Owner

You are responsible for maintaining account security, keeping profile information updated, and all activities conducted through your account.

Bilda may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information.

4. Digital Identity and Professional Profiles

Professional profiles are digital representations of users within the construction industry.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of:

• Qualifications
• Certifications
• Licenses
• Portfolio content
• Work experience
• Business information
• Professional history

Bilda may request documentation to verify profile information at any time.

False or misleading information may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

5. Verification Services

Bilda may offer:

• Identity Verification
• Business Verification
• Address Verification
• Certification Verification
• Skills Verification
• Trade Verification
• Portfolio Verification

Verification means certain information has been reviewed using Bilda's verification procedures.

Verification does not guarantee competence, work quality, future performance, legal compliance, or suitability for any project.

Verification status may be changed, suspended, revoked, or removed at any time.

6. Project-Based Reviews and Ratings

Bilda uses a project-based review system to promote trust and accountability.

Reviews may only originate from verified project relationships recorded within the ZoneBuilt ecosystem, including projects managed through ConstraQ.

Users may only review individuals or organizations with whom they have had a verified project relationship.

Users must not submit false reviews, purchase reviews, exchange incentives for reviews, create fake projects, manipulate ratings, or use duplicate accounts to influence reputation.

Bilda reserves the right to investigate, reject, modify, remove, or permanently delete reviews that violate these Terms.

7. Bilda Score and Reputation System

Bilda may assign reputation scores, trust scores, verification levels, rankings, badges, and performance metrics.

These indicators may be based on verified project history, reviews, ratings, verification status, certifications, platform participation, profile completeness, and professional conduct.

The calculation methodology is proprietary and may change without notice. Bilda is not required to disclose how any score or ranking is calculated.

8. Opportunities, Networking, and Discovery

Bilda may provide access to jobs, construction opportunities, contracts, tenders, networking opportunities, collaborations, and recruitment opportunities.

Bilda does not guarantee employment, project awards, contract awards, revenue generation, or business opportunities.

Users remain responsible for evaluating opportunities independently.

9. User Content

Users may upload photos, videos, portfolios, documents, certifications, reviews, and business information.

Users retain ownership of uploaded content.

By uploading content, users grant Bilda a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, store, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content for Platform operations and marketing purposes.

10. Payments

Bilda is currently free to use unless otherwise stated.

Where paid services are introduced, fees may apply to certain products, services, or features. Additional payment terms may apply to specific services.

11. Advertising, Sponsored Content, and Future Monetization

Bilda reserves the right to introduce monetization features including advertising, sponsored content, featured profiles, premium memberships, subscription plans, recruitment services, lead generation services, marketplace commissions, transaction fees, and other paid products or services.

Sponsored visibility does not influence reviews, ratings, verification outcomes, or reputation scores.

12. Professional Conduct

Users shall conduct themselves professionally.

Prohibited conduct includes fraud, harassment, threats, discrimination, misrepresentation, false advertising, reputation manipulation, submission of fraudulent documents, and illegal activities.

13. Fraud Prevention

Bilda may verify identities, verify projects, request documentation, monitor platform activity, and investigate suspicious conduct.

Users agree to cooperate with legitimate investigations.

14. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, designs, branding, and intellectual property associated with Bilda remain the property of Bilda, ZoneBuilt Technologies LTD, or their licensors.

15. Digital Records and Reputation Data

Users acknowledge that reviews, ratings, verification records, reputation scores, trust indicators, and project participation records form part of Bilda's trust infrastructure.

Bilda retains ownership of its reputation systems, verification systems, scoring methodologies, trust frameworks, and platform-generated metrics.

16. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with payment providers, mapping providers, communication providers, verification providers, and analytics providers.

17. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Bilda makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, project outcomes, employment outcomes, or contract awards.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bilda shall not be liable for loss of profits, business opportunities, property damage, project failures, delays, user disputes, indirect damages, or consequential damages.

19. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bilda, ZoneBuilt, affiliates, employees, directors, officers, and partners from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from their use of the Platform.

20. Suspension and Termination

Bilda may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where fraud is suspected, false information is provided, platform abuse occurs, policies are violated, or user conduct threatens platform integrity.

21. ZoneBuilt Ecosystem

Bilda forms part of the ZoneBuilt ecosystem. Information may be shared across authorized ZoneBuilt products and services, including ConstraQ, subject to applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.

22. Changes to the Platform and Terms

Bilda may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any feature or service at any time and may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
